To achieve the above, Periodic audits (monthly or quarterly on an individual client basis) of progress with respect to Servicing deliverables are carried out jointly with the client to assess avenues for improvement and resolve outstanding issues and thereafter, the Functional Heads map audit trail to manage expectations and look at continuous process improvement over time.
