Transition Methodology – One time Activities
 
      Mandate and Agreement Signoff
      Preparation & customization of Appointment Letters and Joining documents by Progressive,       with Client; Joining documents/ formalities include:
 
 
     HR Manual (includes specific policies, work timings etc)

   Application blank (to capture personal details of associates)

   PF declaration and nomination form

   ESIC form

   Bank account opening form

   Leave application formats, regulations and procedures

   Reimbursement formats, regulations and procedures

   Group Mediclaim policy details

   Confidentiality statement (as required)

   Submission of educational certificates, last employers relieving letter.
 
    The CTC is divided under the following heads:
 
 
   Basic (30%CTC)

   HRA (50%Basic)

   Conveyance (10% of CTC.)

   Special Allowance ( 17% of CTC)

   Education Allowance (14% of CTC)

   Dress Allowance (14%of CTC)

   PF Contribution (12% of basic)

   ESI Contribution (4.75% of Gross wages)

   Insurance (fixed @ Rs.25/-
 
    Induction program for all associates by TL, as one time
    Joining formalities completed by TL and Associates, within 10 days of Joining
    Tax computation statements given to All Associates post receipt of Tax declaration forms
    Statutory compliance: IT, PF, ESI completed by TL as per law
    Provident Fund details:
 
   All associates are covered by PF

   PF contributions are made at progressive, New Delhi

   PF Code reflected in Payslip of Associate

   PF contribution of employee for current month and that Financial Year (YTD) reflected in     Payslip

   PF Challans submitted to Client for every month
   
    Year end Form 16 to all Associates
