- Identifying prospective sources of supply of manpower based on the above steps ( from internal database as well as external sources) .

 
   
 
We have wide network of infrastructure which enables us to upgrade and enhance our database.For selecting the right candidate and meeting the organizational needs,we follow a definite procedure :-
 
• Recruitment

• Selection
We would take on specific selection assignments based on a thorough understanding of the job specifications, organization culture and other critical attributes required for the specific position.
We would involve resume aggregation from our databank, validation by way of preliminary interviews and reference checks prior to the presentation of final candidates to the client. We would maintain contact with the candidate/s till such time that they join duty.
• Shortlisting Process (Pre Hire)
  Stage I : - Psychometric/ Technical Test Administration - If required by Client
 
  Stage II :
- Interview by Progressive - progressive would conduct the first
round of interview for final shortlisting before the final interview
with client .
This stage involves evaluating the persons’s capability to Respond to the different situations,checking his/her Communication skills and accessing the various skills so as to match them with the job requirement.
  Stage III : - Interview with Client
(Client will given in the feed back on the first round of the candidates sent with in 24 hours to enable Progressive customize the selection processes)
• Timelines
The focus would be to attempt completing the assignment within 10 days from the date of signoff.
Fee structure and Payment terms:

Conversion fee in case of transfer to permanent rolls of Client
